During this time of COVID-19 and social distancing, we need inner connection practices that quieten the mind and open the heart more than ever.
To this end members of the non-profit I am part of, Mindful Heart Programs, are offering a number of Zoom meditation groups each week.
I co-lead a meditation group each Sunday morning with my wife, clinical psychologist and meditation teacher, Radhule Weininger at 10 am Pacific Time, and usually lead a mindful-nature based practice like the meditations I share under the meditations tab on this website.

Before the meeting, please click the below link. If you don’t already have the Zoom application, it will ask to download Zoom and then once downloaded it will immediately launch the meeting. Zoom is free to download. Please let me know if you have any questions at all beforehand or during the sessions.
